01The brief

Willpower was never the variable.

People come out of a meaningful experience certain that something has shifted, and three weeks later they are exactly where they started. Not because the experience failed. Because nothing was built to catch what it opened.

The material existed in pieces — protocol information here, discipline work there, integration somewhere else, none of it sequenced. What was missing was a four-week structure that assumed you have a job, a family, and no appetite for mysticism.

02The build

Four weeks, five pillars, in order.

01

Before module one

One thing gets settled before anything begins: what you are actually here to change. The course opens on a decision rather than a lecture, because the vague version never survives week three.

02

The five pillars

The framework, taught one pillar at a time across the four weeks, each with what to do on the days you don’t want to.

03

The Sunday calls

Group calls every Sunday for the length of the cohort. Same material for everyone, questions answered live, and nobody working through it on their own.

04

The part everyone skips

Integration. What you do with the window is eighty percent of the outcome and it is the week most people quietly drop. The structure is built so you can’t.

05

The 90-day plan

The course ends at four weeks; the plan runs to ninety days. You leave with the protocol you’ll actually follow after the calls stop, and the community for the rest.

05What it taught me

The experience is twenty percent.

Everyone arrives focused on the day itself and almost nobody arrives with a plan for the following Tuesday. What happens in the four weeks after is where a change either sets or evaporates. That ratio is the entire course.

Nobody betrays themselves in one decision. They do it in the small ones, on the ordinary days.
