I’m John James Staniszewski — a self-taught mycologist, entrepreneur, and founder of the Fungitarian movement.
Mushrooms saved my life after years of addiction and loss, and since then, I’ve built one of the Midwest’s largest indoor mushroom farms and launched a line of ready-to-eat gourmet meals.
