Programs · Self-paced · Lifetime access
Eleven modules on keeping your word to the one person you keep breaking it to.
Micro Discipline is the system I built in a garage and used to grow a million pounds of mushrooms. Self-paced. Lifetime access. $97.

Who It’s For
Built for the version of you that already quit once.
01
You've already tried
You’ve had the streak and lost it, more than once, and the losing is starting to mean something about you.
02
You don't need convincing
You know what you should be doing. The gap isn’t information.
03
You want what survives a bad week
Not a 5am routine that works right up until the first thing goes wrong.
01
What Micro Discipline actually is
It isn’t motivation. Motivation is weather. It shows up when it wants and leaves without telling you.
Micro Discipline is the opposite. It’s the smallest promise you can make to yourself and still keep on your worst day — then keeping it, on your worst day, until your worst day gets smaller.
I didn’t learn this in a book. I learned it in a garage in Chicago, growing mushrooms because it was the one thing I could control when I couldn’t control myself. Fungi don’t care how you feel. They need the same temperature, the same humidity, the same attention, every single day. Miss three days and the whole room turns.
That turned out to be the whole lesson.
This isn’t about mushrooms. It’s about becoming someone whose word means something again — starting with the word you give yourself.
02
The day you stop believing in yourself
A short field guide to the exact moment discipline breaks — and the four things to do in the ten minutes that follow. Written for people who have already tried and already quit. No hype, no morning routine, no cold plunge.

The questions
people actually ask
I've tried this before and quit. Why would this be different?
Because this one assumes you'll quit. Every other system is built for the version of you that's already motivated. This is built for the version that isn't — the promise is deliberately small enough to keep on the day you want to abandon it.
Do I need to care about mushrooms?
No. Mushrooms are where I learned it, not what it requires. Plenty of people in this work have never grown anything.
How much time does it take a day?
Less than you think and more than you want. The point isn't volume. The point is the streak.
Is this therapy or recovery?
No. I'm open about my own addiction and loss because it's where the system came from, but this is education, not treatment, and it isn't medical advice. If you're in crisis, please talk to a professional first.
What if I'm here for the farming, not the discipline?
Then go to Consulting. That's a different door and I keep it separate on purpose.

Where To Start
Three ways in. Start where you are.
You’ve read the threads and watched the videos and you still don’t have a place to start. These go in order. The guide first. Then the system. Then the deeper work
Step One
The Free Guide
Free
You know the moment discipline breaks. You don’t know what to do inside it. Plain language, written for people who have already quit once.
Step Two
Micro Discipline
$97
Reading about discipline and running it are two different things. Eleven modules, lifetime access, workbook, sound guide and strain guide. Built to survive the week you fall off.
Step Three
Work With Me
By application
You’ve done the reading. You’ve run the system. The same morning still meets you. Six weeks, one on one, on the inner work the system supports and never replaces.

Who I Am
Nice to
meet you.
I lost things that don’t come back. I was an addict. I’m from Chicago and I didn’t go to school for any of this.
What I had was a garage and a decision to keep one small promise a day — on the days it meant nothing and the days it meant everything. That turned into Windy City Mushroom, into a 50,000 sq ft vertical farm, into over a million pounds grown, into 3,000 pounds of mushroom marinara going into Chicago public schools.
I’m not going to tell you mushrooms fixed me. Discipline did. Mushrooms are just what taught me what discipline looks like when nobody’s watching and nothing feels good.
I built Micro Discipline so it wasn’t luck. So it could be handed to somebody else.

Take A Listen
The Mush
Room
Conversations with growers, builders, and people who rebuilt something after it fell apart. No hosts pretending they have it handled.
09
Direct
Two other doors.
Different work, different people. I keep them separate on purpose.
Consulting — Farm design & operations
Vertical builds, yield, contamination, staffing, the unglamorous parts. I’ve guided growers from Florida to New York and made most of the expensive mistakes already.
Before you spend a dollar: Nine Questions To Answer Before You Build A Mushroom Farm — free, and it will talk some of you out of it.
Speaking
Rooms where somebody needs to hear it from a person who actually lost it and came back. Four talks, one story.
